Åre is one of the biggest skiresort in Scandinavia with 100 years of skiing experience. Åre ski centre is situated 650 km from Stockholm. There are 3 different skivillages such as Duved/Tegefjäll, Äre By and Björnen. Ski season starts in December and ends in April. There are 103 different slopes which offer possibilities for beginners, children and professionals. After Ski is very popular in Åre.
